Bodyclimb

Terms of Use

The same words you can read inside the app.

The app

Bodyclimb is licensed to you under Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement. These terms add what is particular to training.

Not medical advice

Bodyclimb is a training plan, not medical advice, a diagnosis or treatment. If a doctor has told you to be careful with exercise, or you have a heart condition, chest pain, dizziness or an injury, ask your doctor before you train. Until a doctor clears you, the app keeps to gentle steps: the hardest steps and max tests stay off.

Your training, your call

You train at your own risk. Warm up, keep to clean form, and stop when something hurts or you feel unwell — the app’s “Unwell” button stops the workout at once. Chest pain or trouble breathing that doesn’t pass needs medical help right away.

Age

You must be 16 or older to use Bodyclimb.

Purchases

A direction pack is paid once. Bodyclimb Full is a yearly subscription or a one-time purchase, as the purchase sheet says. A subscription renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends; you manage and cancel it in your Apple Account settings. A free trial, if offered, turns into the subscription at its end unless you cancel. Purchases are billed and refunded by Apple.

What stays free

The full plan is free until your first new light — at least 6 workouts, at most 12. After that your level in every direction stays free.

Demonstrations

The exercise demonstrations are 3D animations of original characters, made for Bodyclimb.

Changes

If these terms change, the app says so before the new terms apply to you.
